Senior Finance Manager | Finance Shared Service Center
During Your Tenure As a Regional Senior Manager In SSC, You Will Demonstrate And Develop Your Capabilities In The Following Areas
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the JRC Shared Service Center, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and efficient processing of financial transactions, maintaining internal controls and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team within the JRC Shared Service Center, driving performance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Establish clear performance expectations, set goals, and provide feedback to ensure team members’ professional development and success.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of JRC SSC processes.
- Act as the primary liaison between the JRC Shared Service Center and internal stakeholders, such as business Finance Lead across Geos

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or relevant certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CIMA is a plus).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within a Shared Service Center or finance operations environment.
- Proven experience managing teams and large-scale finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
- Strong background in process improvement, automation, and system implementations.
- Dynamics 365 experience is a plus
- IFRS experience is a plus
- CPA is a plus
